Who We Are

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specialising in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world, making us a household name!

Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.

The Senior Global PR & Influence Manager will be a vital member of the Global Communications team at Filorga. This role demands extensive experience in public relations strategy, influencer marketing, and reputation management within a global environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the global PR and Influence strategy to elevate brand awareness and advocacy. Crucially, they will move beyond a traditional headquarters-to-market directive model, fostering deep collaboration and co-creation with local markets to ensure initiatives are relevant, creative, and impactful.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI

START DATE: Q1 2026

OBJECTIVES
  • Improve brand notoriety and desirability by partnering with local markets to develop and deploy creative and innovative initiatives.
  • Shift the global-local dynamic from "guideline dissemination" to active co-creation, ensuring local nuances shape global strategies.
  • Increase the impact on User Generated Content (UGC), driving organic conversation and advocacy across social platforms.
  • Develop and refine the global seeding strategy, ensuring product placement reaches the right hands to maximize visibility and desirability.
  • Ensure all global PR strategies are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the master brand strategy.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting on PR performance (EMV, Reach, Share of Voice).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Strategy & Innovation

Strategy Development: Define, document, and implement comprehensive strategies for PR and Influence. This includes specific sub-strategies for increasing UGC volume and quality.

Seeding Strategy: Design a strategic approach to product seeding and gifting that maximises ROI. This involves identifying key profiles, creating "unboxing" moments, and defining tiers for gifting (VIP vs. micro-influencers).

Concept Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling PR hooks. Work with local markets to brainstorm how these hooks can be translated into innovative local activations.

B. Co-Creation & Market Partnership

Market Collaboration: Actively partner with local markets to co‑create initiatives. This involves regular brainstorming workshops and feedback loops to ensure global concepts work locally, rather than simply sending guidelines.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating input from experts and marketing teams while ensuring local market feedback is integrated into the final output.

Meeting Management: Lead regular status meetings with local PR leads, utilising these sessions as forums for two‑way dialogue and idea exchange, not just status updates.

C. Execution & Reporting

Toolbox Development: Responsible for the "360° PR & Influence" content delivery. Ensure toolkits are flexible enough to allow for local adaptation and creativity.

Asset Management: Oversee the coordination and distribution of press assets, ensuring they support the specific needs of local seeding and UGC campaigns.

Timeline Management: Create detailed project plans for major activations, factoring in time for local market consultation and adaptation.

Reporting: Consolidate global reports on coverage and influencer performance, with a specific focus on tracking UGC growth and the success of seeding initiatives.

External Agency Management: Act as the primary lead for the external PR agency. Brief the agency, monitor their performance, manage their budget, and ensure they deliver against the global roadmap.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience: 6‑7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Public Relations and Influencer Marketing.

Industry: Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a significant plus.

Global Context: Proven experience in a global or multi‑market role. Must demonstrate an ability to listen to and collaborate with diverse local teams.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French are mandatory.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A collaborative mindset is non‑negotiable; the candidate must be a facilitator of ideas, not just a manager of tasks.

REPORTING & LOCATION

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Head of Global Communications.

Location: 8th arrondissement, Paris, France until July 2026, after which the company will depart to Colombes.

Office Presence: This position requires office presence 4 times a week (Monday through Thursday).

PERFORMANCE METRICS
  • Successful deployment of creative initiatives co‑developed with local markets.
  • Measurable increase in UGC volume and engagement.
  • Effectiveness of the seeding strategy (conversion from gift to post).
  • Positive feedback from local stakeholders specifically regarding the level of collaboration and partnership.
  • Clarity and consistency of global PR / Influence reporting.
