Le candidat idéal aura un Master en Achats et 6 à 8 ans d'expérience en environnement multinational. Le Senior Manager Achat au sein de l’équipe France - Suisse - Benelux fait partie d'une équipe responsable des achats de ces marchés, chargée de développer des stratégies solides, de définir les méthodes et politiques d'achat locales, et de gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs. Ce rôle nécessite une expertise des marchés (français principalement, les autres sont un plus), des catégories d’achat indirectes, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des modèles de commercialisation pharmaceutique et des réglementations.
Travaillant avec le Directeur Associé et ses partenaires, le Senior Manager développe une stratégie de catégorie alignée sur les priorités de BMS, répondant aux besoins des entreprises tout au long du cycle de vie des produits sur tous les marchés. La collaboration étroite avec les équipes Achats 'Agile Sourcing' et 'COE' est cruciale pour une exécution rapide.
La personne doit avoir une compréhension approfondie du cycle de vie des produits, des impacts organisationnels, et de la chaîne de valeur pour fournir des perspectives stratégiques et identifier des opportunités d'avantage concurrentiel pour BMS. Ce rôle facilite l'amélioration continue et favorise l'innovation pour aider l'entreprise à atteindre ses objectifs stratégiques.
