The Role

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will partner with business and HR leaders to navigate complex employment law matters, ensuring pragmatic, commercially minded solutions. You’ll advise on a wide variety of issues under French legislation, while contributing to cross-border projects that demand both legal expertise and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clear, practical advice on French employment law.
  • Supporting colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters and global projects.
  • Advising on HR policies, contracts, employee relations, and organisational change.
  • Managing and resolving employment-related disputes.
  • Contributing to transformation initiatives that support business growth.
About You
  • French-qualified lawyer with strong experience in employment law.
  • Background from a law firm, in-house environment, or a blend of both.
  • Fluent in French and English , with excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and confident advising in an international business context.
