Senior Project Manager

The Team :

Celonis Services is a strategic services organization focusing on the technical aspects of our customers' journeys, including Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support. We are thought leaders with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, committed to delivering Celonis implementations and driving product adoption.

The Role :

As a Project Manager at Celonis, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects for our largest customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Value Engineering, and Product & Engineering teams to deploy our platform, identify business value opportunities, create tailored solutions, and enable sustainable value realization.

You will oversee projects from pre-sales to completion, ensuring quality and impact, promoting innovation including AI-driven capabilities, managing execution, and aligning stakeholders. Your role is crucial in delivering meaningful outcomes and fostering long-term customer success.

The work you'll do :

1. Plan and structure end-to-end projects, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables, based on Celonis methodologies.
2. Monitor and organize project execution, coordinate contributions across teams, and ensure timely delivery with quality.
3. Manage relationships with client teams, including senior executives and technical staff, ensuring smooth handovers.
4. Lead project governance, report progress, risks, and opportunities, and facilitate decision-making.
5. Guide and mentor the Services team to ensure delivery quality and professional growth.
6. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to opportunity framing, approach definition, and proposal writing.
7. Drive continuous improvement by integrating field learnings into delivery methods and best practices.

The qualifications you need :

• At least 6 years of managing complex projects with both business and technical aspects in a consulting or professional services setting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, onshore/offshore teams, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes through content-oriented project management.
• Experience in pre-sales collaboration, opportunity qualification, and proposal development.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience in business transformation, supply chain optimization, and AI performance improvement is a plus.
• Native proficiency in French.
