The Care at Home team are recruiting for Health and Social Care Support Worker roles throughout the north Skye area.

  • Training and development from entry-level to management
  • Secure pay and pension
  • Various Hours and shift combinations from 10.5hrs a week to Full time

You will require an SVQ Level 3 in Care, or a willingness and ability to work towards this qualification with support, within an agreed time scale.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa.

NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).

  • Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rated basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
