About The Role

We are seeking a proactive Senior-level Client Relationship Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-lasting business relationships.This role requires good planning, regular communication, and a hands-on approach to solving client issues, overseeing our most important B2B clients on the Wallester Business platform and White Label partners. Your main focus will be to ensure clients receive excellent service, stay active, and continue to grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Configure business cases and confirm integration flow
  • Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business partners relationships
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
  • Continuously build your client portfolio
  • Reach out to existing clients on a monthly/quarterly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposes
  • Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
  • Operate independently, managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Proven banking experience with a deep understanding of industry practices and client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in client account or relationship management in finance, fintech, banking, IT, insurance, or investment
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to handle diverse client scenarios
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker with a proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating conversations at all levels of an organization
  • Advanced formal presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving expertise
  • Superior analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Fluency in French, English (mandatory) + other languages (Portuguese, German, Polish, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
