Job Description

As the Senior Campaign Production Manager W/M you will be responsible for the project management of the production to ensure the delivery of all our best in class marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Project Success: Centralize briefs, timelines, and budgets to ensure seamless execution across teams.
  • Optimize Processes: Lead continuous improvements and implement tools that boost efficiency and collaboration.
  • Manage Delivery: Oversee detailed schedules, track progress, and proactively resolve risks to keep projects on track.
  • Enable Insights: Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and production teams to define scope, allocate resources, and balance workloads.
  • Support on‑field shoots and ensure flawless execution aligned with brand standards.
Own Budgets & Compliance
  • Control project budgets and optimize costs without compromising creativity.
  • Manage contracts and rights in partnership with procurement and legal teams, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Champion Quality & Brand
  • Guarantee that all assets meet high standards and reflect our brand identity.
  • Foster operational rigor and creative excellence in every project.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing operations, project management, or creative production management.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, vendor negotiation, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding of creative production workflows (photo, video, design) and marketing campaign lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
