Job Responsibilities
- Monitor global market trends, geopolitical factors, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics within the semiconductor industry.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential roadblocks.
- Track and report on key market indicators and draw assumptions about future market evolution, with a goal to release a regular market intelligence report (minimum quarterly).
- Implement the Supply Security Program by coordinating and executing plans involving over 50 Tier 1 suppliers and 10 Tier 2 suppliers to secure critical semiconductor supplies.
- Ensure contract execution complies with the agreed terms and conditions.
- Support the implementation of the applicable business model and RASIC framework.
- Facilitate communication to clarify roles and responsibilities among all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment with Stellantis' goals and targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage lessons learned to propose adjustments that could improve the model.
Cost-Down Initiative
- Identify market opportunities for cost savings and alternative sourcing.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives for semiconductor components, working closely with internal purchasing teams.
- Monitor, track, and report on the progress of all cost reduction initiatives.
Other Transversal Activities
- Coordinate and prepare business reviews with suppliers.
- Organize supplier escalations as needed.
- Manage administrative work related to these activities.

Required Knowledge
- More than 5 years' experience in purchasing within the automotive or semiconductor industry.
- Or more than 7 years' experience in another industry.
Skills

- Expertise in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in cost analysis.
- Skills in negotiating contracts and prices.
- Experience in purchasing, including program purchasing.
