About the Role

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering impactful digital transformation projects for our clients. Leveraging your NetSuite expertise, you will lead complex implementations, oversee advanced configurations, and act as a trusted advisor. You will also mentor junior consultants and progressively develop your people management skills, with the opportunity to lead your own team in the future.

  • Lead and execute end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Oversee advanced NetSuite configurations and customizations to meet customer needs, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules according to client needs.
  • Monitor, test, validate, and resolve advanced problems in NetSuite areas.
  • Maintain and document high-level processes and complex customizations for external stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practices and recommendations.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Manage overall relationships as Customer Success Manager for medium to large customers, handling tickets, organizing calls, and ensuring quality.
  • Contribute to project planning, scoping, and estimation activities, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Participate in sales and presales activities as an expert.
  • Mentor and supervise business and tech analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and supporting their development through activities such as regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth planning, while ensuring high standards in methodology and consulting practices.
  • Act as the right hand of the Manager or Director, upholding company values and amplifying leadership messages.
  • Contribute to internal projects fostering innovation and growth through entrepreneurial ideas and OKRs.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite developments and actively share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NetSuite consulting, implementation, or administration.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and advanced configuration.
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Accounting, Operations, etc.).
  • Experience working in a consulting environment or with multiple clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, or supervising junior team members.
  • Customer Success Management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong client relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, international team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as required.
