Une entreprise de technologie financière recherche un développeur JavaScript pour intégrer son équipe. Vous travaillerez sur une infrastructure AWS, construirez des API robustes et aiderez les développeurs juniors à se développer. Le rôle inclut la rédaction de spécifications techniques et la révision de code. Qualifications

• Vous aimez construire des backends avec un langage de programmation orienté objet ou fonctionnel.
• Vous êtes fluent en JavaScript/TypeScript ou souhaitez l'apprendre.
• Vous avez une expérience avec un DBMS (SQL ou NoSQL).
• Vous connaissez les meilleures pratiques de qualité de code.

Responsabilités

• Rédiger des spécifications techniques pour les fonctionnalités définies avec l'équipe produit.
• Écrire du code propre en TypeScript avec des tests associés.
• Construire une infrastructure évolutive sur AWS.
• Construire une API robuste utilisée par notre application Web et nos clients SaaS.
• Réviser le code des autres développeurs.
• Aider les juniors à se développer au sein de l'équipe.

We think reinventing financing is a massive tech challenge, that’s why we built October as a tech and data-driven startup. Today, 18 developers are working on building the best financing experience ever made, very closely to the Product team.

We love JavaScript at SBS Digital Lending. That’s why every part of our stack is based on JS : we use (with some TypeScript ) and MongoDB on the back-end, on the front-end, and React Native on mobile. The platform runs on AWS , deployed using Terraform and Github Actions . You can take a look at our whole stack here :

We believe in ownership and mentoring at SBS Digital Lending. By following good code practices and through code review, we make sure to deliver quality code and allow developers to grow their skills.

We follow the Scrum methodology : the Tech and Product teams are split in 3 squads.

Your daily work :

• Write technical specifications for the features definedwith the Product team
• Write clean / TypeScript code with related tests
• Help build a scalable infrastructure on AWS
• Build a robust API consumed by our Web app and our SaaS clients
• Review code from other developers
• Improve our product, technical stack, and processes
• Help junior developers grow in the team
• Design and deliver complex features or architectures

Qualifications

What we need from you :

• You’ve built a backend using an OOP or functional programming language
• You’re fluent in JavaScript / TypeScript or eager to learn it
• You have experience with a DBMS (SQL or NoSQL)
• You have knowledge of the code quality best practices (tests, CI / CD, …)
• You’re curious and eager to extend your technical skills
• You can speak and work in English
