Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Due Diligence practice offers financial and accounting buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to strategic buyers and private equity firms. Analysts receive world-class training, strong career progression, competitive salaries and benefits, and relocation assistance when applicable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Excel-based financial analysis to review audited financial statements and management reports.
  2. Analyze quality of earnings and non-recurring items.
  3. Assess the quality of net debt and debt-like items.
  4. Evaluate cyclicality of the company's business and working capital trends.
  5. Investigate contingent liabilities, off-balance sheet items, and related party transactions.
  6. Analyze the business plan when appropriate.
  7. Resolve reconciliation issues between GAAP financial statements and management reports.
  8. Research technical accounting topics.
  9. Review company's accounting policies for proper GAAP application.
  10. Participate in discussions with management.
  11. Contribute to report writing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks and industries.
