What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Chief / Sole Stewardess to join a busy 55+m charter sailing yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage all aspects of the interior while ensuring top-tier service for charter guests and owners.

• Proven charter experience
• Sailing yacht experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills - responsible for managing all interior duties, including housekeeping, guest service, and onboard accounting.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination among the crew and with guests.

Salary & Conditions

• Base Salary: DOE + tips.
• Leave: 3 days per month
