Your Role
Under the supervision of a Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, contributing to:

• Medical Information Management: Handling inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients in German and English.
• Pharmacovigilance & Product Complaints: Detecting, documenting, and reporting product issues and safety cases for medicinal products.
• Regulatory Support: Assisting in the preparation and submission of pharmaceutical regulatory documents.
• Literature Research: Conducting literature screenings in the medical/scientific field.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience: University degree or 2+ years in medical translation, interpreting, or administration.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in German and English (French is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and use of computer systems.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Research & Analysis: Experience in literature research and monitoring.
• Work Style: Detail-oriented, systematic, and rigorous in execution.
