An aerospace company in Toulouse is seeking a SARI Manager responsible for overseeing safety-related incidents impacting aircraft safety. The successful candidate will conduct root cause analyses, manage safety processes, and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure compliance with safety procedures. Qualifications

Mission

The SARI Manager is responsible for all safety-related incidents (SARI) that could impact aircraft product safety. They ensure full traceability technical analysis and coordination of corrective actions. The SIM is the focal point for production assembly (FAL) and customer support teams when a safety issue arises.

Responsibilities
  • Root cause analysis on SARI PPS Events
  • Management of AP9S and RFI processes
  • Follow-up and closure of safety issues (containment corrective action verification)
  • Coordination with production Customer Support and global safety teams
  • Preparation and facilitation of KPI TRM and synergy meetings
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with Airbus safety procedures
Required Skills
  • Sector Knowledge : Airbus programs and safety processes (FAL manufacturing quality)
Hard Skills
  • Excellent command of safety analysis methods (PPS 8D AP9S Ishikawa)
  • Strong knowledge of industrial systems and traceability tools (SAP Skywise Power BI)
  • Familiar with RFI management and SARI workflows
  • Capable of coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and leadership under pressure
