Overview

SAP Data Migration Functional Consultant – 12 Months Contract - Paris, La Defence.
Must be able to speak fluent French and a good command of English.
Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote.

Essential – Experience in migrating from EEC6 to SAP4Hana – specifically in Procurement/MM expertise. SAP S/4 HANA. SAP MM. SAP data migration. ADMM. Data governance, data quality frameworks, and data security principles.

My Global client is seeking an experienced functional expertise on SAP MM to support the Advanced Data Management and Migration (ADMM) activities for an SAP S/4 HANA implementation project. The SAP Data Migration Functional Consultant will play a key role in executing the data migration, data governance, and data quality processes, ensuring an efficient support to the Business and a smooth transition from legacy systems to the SAP S/4 HANA platform.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to implementation and coordination of data migration strategies for SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system requirements.
• Manage end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Oversee the development of data governance policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices for data integrity, security, and quality.
• Work closely with business stakeholders (Branches, Affiliates and HQ) and IT teams (Integrators and Support partners) to understand data requirements and create data mapping, data profiling, and data quality frameworks.
• Contribute to data validation and testing efforts, ensuring successful data migration and minimal system downtime.
• Provide support for data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities during the migration process.
• Collaborate with the SAP functional and technical teams to ensure data is mapped correctly to the new SAP S/4 HANA structures.
• Troubleshoot data migration issues and identify solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document processes, workflows, and methodologies for reference and future use.
