Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Product Director to lead our commercial department, define go-to-market strategy, and oversee the development of our product and service roadmap. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, fostering long-term customer relationships, and aligning product offerings with market needs and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the sales and product teams, setting strategy and performance targets
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand customer base and grow revenue
• Oversee the full product and service roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
• Foster strong, long-term customer relationships and oversee key account management
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution
• Monitor KPIs and market feedback to continuously improve product offerings and sales performance
