A leading Web3 incubator is seeking an Onboarding Lead to drive project onboarding and accelerate ecosystem growth. This role involves identifying promising Web3 projects, leading sales discussions, and managing the onboarding process. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales or business development within the tech or Web3 sector, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in tools like Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
Identify high-potential Web3 projects across different genres.
Engage founders via cold outreach, networking, and ecosystem connections.
Pitch Seedify’s value proposition clearly and persuasively.Negotiate terms and guide partners toward successful onboarding.
Advise partners on tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies. Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to evolving best practices.
Work with internal teams (advisory, marketing, operations) to ensure onboarding success and optimize project readiness.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, decentralized team.
Bonus Points Existing network of Web3 founders, launchpads, or crypto VCs.
Experience working inside a launchpad or incubator.
Familiarity with smart contracts and token deployments (BNB Chain, Ethereum, etc.).
