Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the business development and sales target achievement in France.
- Fully understand the company strategy and responsible for French channel strategy including all sorts of channels, for instance, distributors, chainretailersand independent dealers.
- Establish the channel structureand keep on strengthening the channel cooperation and management in France,tomaintainalong termpartnership.
- New product introduction to every key account, from early phase communication to launch,in accordance withtheirassortmentselection process.
- Responsible for thecapability buildingin retail, in-store marketing, selling skills and so on.
Your profile
- 5-10 yearsofexperiencein channelsalesin lawn mowercategory, strong relationship with localdistributors and retailers.
- Experience in new market breakthrough and new business development.
- Expertisein lawn mower and robotic lawn mower industry.
- Excellent understanding inretail management.
- Excellent sense and strong interest in market trend, industry development, AI technology evolvement.
