Key Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day relationships with agencies, ensuring smooth communication and strategic collaboration.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to maximize business results.

Identify business opportunities and propose strategic solutions to drive growth.

Present commercial and marketing strategies to clients and agencies.

Lead negotiation processes and secure deal closures.

Oversee campaign management and provide ongoing follow‑up to ensure performance.

Conduct market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize operational processes.

Prepare performance reports and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

  • Foster long‑term partnerships with strategic clients and agencies.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Advertising, or Marketing.

3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the digital advertising industry.

Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, and agency operations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build relationships.

Experience in managing advertising campaigns and working closely with agencies.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales‑related tools.

Native Italian speaker with bilingual proficiency in English.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive process improvements.
