We are a young, fast-growing FinTech with offices in Munich and Paris, specializing in digitalizing the Real Estate market. We provide global Investment Management leaders with unique Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Analytics solutions that automate external Real Estate data ingestion and Portfolio Oversight Analytics delivery, enabling clients to scale their investments efficiently.

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m / f / x) to join our international team (ideally in our Paris office) and lead ImoGate's revenue growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role that involves driving revenue through strategic sales execution, managing complex sales cycles and establishing ImoGate as the trusted data and business partner for Real Estate Investment Management leaders. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, dynamic team at an early stage, with room to become a key player in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation and Sales Execution
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify and convert high-value opportunities within target accounts including Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Asset Servicers and Funds.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving C-level executives and act as a trusted business advisor.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies and deal structuring; maintain accurate forecasting in CRM tools.
Go-to-Market and Sales Strategy
  • Work closely with Marketing to align sales and marketing efforts for lead quality and conversion.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategy development, sales playbooks, value propositions and messaging.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning and roadmap priorities.
Sales Process Development and Scaling
  • Design and optimize scalable sales processes suited for a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Establish KPIs, metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance and pipeline health.
Team Building and Leadership (Future)
  • As growth targets are achieved, recruit, onboard and manage a sales team.
Required Skills and Experience
Professional Background
  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate, Investment Management or Data Management.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with C-level decision makers.
Sales Excellence
  • Strong full-cycle sales skills : prospecting, discovery, presenting solutions, negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to uncover client operational pain points and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Experience in complex contract negotiations and multi-year agreements.
Technical and Industry Knowledge
  • Understanding of data management, analytics platforms, DaaS models and SaaS economics.
  • Familiarity with Real Asset Investment Managers' operating environment is highly valued.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities in international settings.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and initiative.
  • Capability to build and manage a sales team in the future.
  • High professionalism, integrity and accountability.
Languages and Education
  • English at full professional level (required).
  • French and / or German are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
