Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel regularly across France and occasionally internationally.

Job Summary

Quickparts is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence in France. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services, developing and nurturing client portfolios, and executing the European commercial strategy to achieve annual sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

  • Maintain and develop existing client accounts by building strong relationships through field prospecting.
  • Advise and guide clients with thorough needs analyses and provide tailored technical offers.
  • Validate client requests, prepare quotations, and successfully close sales.

Strategic Sales Execution

  • Follow up on all customer interactions including quote follow-ups, client interfaces, and visit reports.
  • Promote Quickparts’ products and services to secure firm orders and ensure client satisfaction through close collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Identify and develop new client accounts by proactive prospecting and insights into market trends.

Marketing & Market Analysis

  • Collaborate with the sales Director and marketing team to support trade shows, communications, and marketing strategies in France.
  • Represent Quickparts at professional trade shows and participate in European commercial department meetings.
  • Analyze revenue variations and the French market to influence commercial and marketing actions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in B2B Sales of product/service development in molding/ plastic/ prototype industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of plastics processing, injection molding, and/or prototyping.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial education and technical background in plastics or metallurgy
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • Proven experience in developing key account portfolios and acquiring new clients with excellent commercial negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and team collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to travel regularly across France and occasionally internationally
