Join Outokumpu’s Advanced Materials Sales Team in the AM Sales South region as our new Sales Manager – France. In this dynamic role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, drive business growth, and work across departments to bring high-performance stainless steel and nickel alloy solutions to strategic clients.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team in an international environment where innovation, sustainability, and continuous development are key to success.

Your role:

  • Promote and sell advanced stainless steel and nickel alloys within your territory.
  • Manage the full Outokumpu product and service portfolio across existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and drive new business development.
  • Participate in the execution of sales strategies and support strategic projects.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities , including participation in trade fairs, customer seminars, and industry events.
  • Lead contract negotiations , ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

About you:

  • A technical and/or business degree.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally with knowledge of stainless steel or metal processing industries.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, CRM systems, and SAP.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel across France and internationally as required.

You will report to the Advanced Materials Head of Sales South.
