The role focuses on achieving sales objectives and market growth while managing customer relations and sales teams. This role will be working across multi-brand compressor products (Ingersoll Rand / Compair / Gardner Denver / Champion) through our distribution channel for the region, aiming for growth and margin expansion. This role will be responsible for achieving profitable growth and sales objectives (volume, net sales and gross margin) consistent with Ingersoll Rand's vision, strategic objectives and policies within the assigned geographic region.
In this role, you are fully responsible for the sales of compressed air solutions, including equipment and services, in your geographic region. You will also need to identify new sales opportunities, market new products and develop sales in new applications via distribution channels.
Regular travel across the region.
