A global Insurtech company is seeking a driven Sales Hunter for business growth in France and the UK. You will be responsible for leading commercial operations and executing sales strategies within the European market. Ideal candidates have 10 years in IC Senior Solutions Sales, a track record against sales targets, and fluency in English plus either French or German. Travel across Europe is necessary. This role promises a dynamic work environment focused on digital transformation.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in France or the UK with full right to work.
  • Proven track record of success against sales targets.
  • Lloyd’s Market experience highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

  • Lead business growth and commercial operations across European and UK markets.
  • Create and execute territory business plan and overall sales strategy.
  • Establish and maintain consultative relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referrals.

This role will hold accountability for our Client’s future business growth and commercial operations in the UK & European market : Strategic Direction, Growth, Executive client-related activities along with P&L responsibility. This will suit a highly driven Insurtech Sales Hunter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who can work independently on creating and delivering on market strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business growth and commercial operations of established Insurance Technology Platform business across European & UK markets
  • Deliver direction, development, management, and implementation of strategies designed to grow the business
  • Create and execute territory business plan and overall sales strategy
  • Generate and follow up leads through relationships, industry meets, marketing campaigns
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business to business, consultative relationships with C Suite, key decision-makers and influencers
  • Deliver outstanding experience for customers and drive strong adoption, expansion, retention, and referrals
  • Enable enterprise clients to deliver digital transformation and business outcomes through IT transformation
  • Be equally adept at working with large and small insurers, and the insurance distribution ecosystem
  • Drive high-performance standards and a cohesive culture throughout the region
Requirements
  • Must be based in either France or the UK, with full right to work
  • Fluency in English, plus either French or German required
  • IC Senior Solutions Sales background (c10 years) with an Insurtech or Insurer (not Services), or from a Data Management company selling into Insurance
  • Proven track record of success against sales targets
  • Regular European travel
  • Lloyd’s Market experience highly advantageous
  • Highly driven, hungry, strategic and analytical
