Currently, we’re looking for a results‑driven, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you’ll drive success for our clients by engaging with potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality appointments.
In this role, you'll be on the front lines of outreach, actively making calls, holding conversations, and building relationships that turn prospects into sales opportunities. You’ll represent clients across various industries, executing outbound strategies and refining your approach to maximize conversions.
1) 30‑minute prescreen with a recruiter – a friendly chat to get to know you, your experience, and what excites you about the role
2) Test assignment – a practical task to show off your skills and how you approach real challenges
3) Interview with the hiring team – a deeper conversation to explore your experience, style, and fit with the team
4) Final interview with the Managing Director – a chance to meet leadership, ask questions, and see the bigger picture
