A tech company in Paris is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to manage client invoicing and optimize billing processes. You will ensure effective communication between Sales and Finance teams while handling client inquiries in both French and English. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in sales administration, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented. This role offers a chance to work with several financial tools and be part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales administration.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

  • Issue client invoices based on CRM data and signed contracts.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent follow-up on invoicing.
  • Respond to client billing inquiries in French and English.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team for smooth customer management.
  • Implement and improve billing processes for increased efficiency.
  • Track and facilitate client payments efficiently.
  • Analyze and manage aging balance for cash flow.
  • Work closely with financial controlling for revenue tracking.

Sales Administration Specialist

You'll play a key role between the Sales and Finance teams: your mission will be to manage client invoicing, optimize internal processes, and maintain smooth communication with both our clients and internal stakeholders.

Your Main Responsibilities are below :

Sales Administration
  • Issue client invoices based on CRM data and signed contracts
  • Ensure accurate and consistent follow-up on invoicing and customer accounts
  • Respond to client billing inquiries (in French and English) via the dedicated mailbox
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to guarantee smooth customer file management
  • Implement and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and support scalability
Cash Collection Management
  • Track and facilitate client payments using dedicated tools
  • Analyze and manage the aging balance to maintain clear visibility over cash flow
  • Work closely with financial controlling to ensure reliable revenue tracking
Tools You’ll Work With
  • Salesforce, Xero, Pennylane, Upflow, Chargebee
Your Profile
  • You already have at least 2 years of experience in sales administration
  • You’re fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different teams
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
