Une entreprise de transformation de produits de la mer recherche un Manager S&OP / Planification pour garantir la disponibilité des produits tout en équilibrant les niveaux de stock et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Vous serez responsable de la planification de la production, de la gestion des stocks et de la communication des KPIs. Un Master en ingénierie ou affaires et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement sont demandés. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est essentielle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Engineering or Business School) is required.
• At least 5 years' experience in Supply Chain is essential.
• Fluency in both English and French is necessary.

Description du poste :

We are looking for an S&OP / Planning Manager to ensure product availability from our overseas plants while balancing stock levels, costs and operational efficiency. The role is key in coordinating markets, factories and suppliers within an international Supply Chain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process and production planning for overseas plants
• Build and validate production plans considering plant constraints and safety stock targets
• Optimize plant capacity, resources and workload
• Lead monthly Supply Reviews with plants and procurement teams
• Manage finished goods and raw material stock policies
• Monitor and communicate Supply Chain KPIs (stock levels, service level, forecast accuracy)
• Ensure data quality in planning tools (Futurmaster)
• Coordinate innovation and renovation projects with cross-functional teams
• Support planning tool implementation projects
• Manage and develop a team of 2 planners
• Act as back-up to the Sourcing & Planning Director

Profil recherché :

• Education & Experience
  • Master's degree (Engineering or Business School)
