A leading retail brand is seeking a Training Manager in Paris to lead and deliver innovative training initiatives. You will collaborate with Store Leaders, analyze performance, and foster a high-performing team culture. Ideal candidates will have a passion for coaching, experience in premium environments, and fluency in English and French. This role requires regular travel across stores and offers opportunities for growth within the organization.
You will lead and deliver training initiatives in close collaboration with Store Leads and In-Store Trainers, acting as a strategic partner to the Regional Training Lead EMEA and the Area Lead. In this role, you will drive premium service standards, foster a positive and high-performing team culture, and support business growth by delivering engaging, impactful, and omni-channel learning experiences.

You will be based at On’s Paris Flagship Store on the Champs-Élysées and work hybridly from our Paris office. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver training across all levels for the Paris store and surrounding area locations.Working closely with the Area Lead and the Regional Training Lead EMEA, you will set training priorities for each store and implement global programs. You will oversee the In-Store Trainers in your area, balancing your time between facilitating training sessions and coaching teams directly on the sales floor to develop skills and drive performance.
