The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end hospitality, be fluent in English, and thrive in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities include ensuring service standards are met, maintaining menu knowledge, and assisting with varied tasks to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field required.
• Experience in 4* or 5* operations (hotel/cruise ships) preferred.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and courteous service at designated workstations in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Serve food and beverage items according to company standards and procedures
• Inform supervisor of any guest complaints
• Report breakage or damage of equipment and machinery
• Maintain cleanliness front and back of house according to HACCP regulations
• Handle equipment and machinery correctly
• Report safety hazards

Side Tasks:

• Assist other departments as instructed by supervisor
• Perform duties such as luggage service, loading, and garbage off-loading
• Participate in safety drills and understand your safety role
