Qualifications

• Minimum Bac +4 en Environnement, Hygiène, Sécurité.
• Expérience réussie dans le secteur industriel, idéalement en ingénierie mécanique.
• Connaissance des normes ISO 45001 et ISO 14001.

Responsabilités

• Implémenter des procédures de prévention dans les ateliers Turbines.
• Assurer la conformité des installations et gérer les risques d'incendie.
• Développer et suivre la formation en sécurité pour les équipes.

Position: Responsable Sécurité CoE

Based mainly within the Turbines sector, your missions include managing industrial risks and supporting teams to comply with safety and environmental standards. You will coordinate various actions and initiatives related to daily workplace safety management.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Prevention in Turbines Workshops: Implement prevention procedures within Turbines workshops.
2. Fire Prevention and Industrial Risks: Ensure compliance of installations and manage fire and industrial risks on-site.
3. Emergency Situations Reference: Serve as the main contact for managing emergency situations, including establishing protocols.
4. Management of Turbines Subcontractors: Coordinate subcontractor activities related to turbine manufacturing.
5. Training Reference: Develop and monitor safety and prevention training for internal and external teams.
6. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and working condition enhancements (Lean projects, investment projects, etc.), and conduct field audits.
7. Daily Support to Supervision: Assist in applying EHS rules.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Minimum Bac +4 in EHS (Environment, Hygiene, Safety).
2. Experience: Proven successful experience in the industrial sector, ideally in mechanical engineering.
3. Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial safety, risk management, and accident prevention.
4. Languages: Proficient in professional English for international communication.
5. Qualities: Rigor, autonomy, teamwork, and proactive approach to continuous improvement and employee well-being.
6. Standards: Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.
7. Volunteer firefighter experience is a plus.
