• build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment onboarding and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere

• work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected

Weve been waiting for you since you have / are :

• completed professional training in the hotel industry and / or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration
• extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
• strong knowledge of POS PMS and business management
• a motivating and charismatic leader and with your authentic and loyal nature both team lead and team player
• a warm and welcoming personality and your communication skills allow you to shine in every interaction
• a knack for charming guests with a hands-on mentality to match
• speaking fluent in French and English
