A global HR technology consultancy is seeking a hands-on Workday Learning Lead to join their team. This role involves leading the configuration and support of the Workday Learning module, managing integrations with learning platforms, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HRIS experience, strong technical skills in Workday, and a collaborative mindset. This position is remote with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HRIS experience, with at least 2 years hands-on Workday Learning experience.
• Strong technical skills in Workday configuration: BP, reporting, EIBs, security.
• Experience with LMS platforms and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead configuration, optimisation, and support of Workday Learning.
• Manage integrations with external learning platforms.
• Build and maintain reports, business processes, and security configurations.
• Support and mentor junior HRIS team members.
