A leading consultancy is seeking a Land Development Manager to support strategic development programs across France. This remote role involves managing permitting, planning, and pre-construction phases for major hyperscale projects. The successful candidate will coordinate land acquisition support, planning, and site readiness, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Proven experience in land development and project management within data centres is required, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in land development, project management, or development consultancy, within data centres.
• Strong understanding of planning, permitting, and development processes across Europe.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders across complex, multi-country projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the early-stage development lifecycle for multiple hyperscale projects.
• Oversee due diligence, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.
• Coordinate planning and permitting processes, engaging with consultants and local authorities.
• Support land acquisition efforts, advising on constraints, risks, and development strategy.
• Act as the key interface between clients, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Monitor and report on programme, budget, and risk during pre-construction stages.
