A leading consultancy is seeking a Land Development Manager to support strategic development programs across France. This remote role involves managing permitting and planning phases for major hyperscale data center projects while coordinating with clients and technical teams. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in land development and project management, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder engagement across multiple complex projects. Periodic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in land development, project management, or development consultancy, within data centres.
• Strong understanding of planning, permitting, and development processes across Europe.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders across complex, multi-country projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the early‑stage development lifecycle for multiple hyperscale projects.
• Oversee due diligence, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.
• Coordinate planning and permitting processes, engaging with consultants and local authorities.
• Support land acquisition efforts, advising on constraints, risks, and development strategy.
• Act as the key interface between clients, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Monitor and report on programme, budget, and risk during pre‑construction stages.
