A leading defense solutions provider is seeking an experienced Defense Industry Sales Manager in Europe to drive sales of suspension products in military markets. This role entails developing relationships with defense contractors, conducting sales calls, and preparing proposals. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the defense sector, along with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. The position offers a flexible remote working environment and requires 50% travel.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience selling technical products, ideally in the defense industry.
  • Proven success in business development and closing sales.
  • Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Act as primary interface for assigned defense accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls to defense OEMs and government agencies.
  • Lead preparation of proposals for defense contracts.
  • Drive market growth through new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate suspension capabilities to clients.
  • Analyze and report on sales orders and performance.
