In this role, you will take on critical responsibilities pertaining to the investigation of privacy violations. Your work will ensure the integrity of privacy standards across various operations, impacting members and stakeholders positively. You'll engage with diverse teams and facilitate investigations while collaborating to uphold high ethical standards. This position primarily operates in a remote capacity, allowing flexibility while requiring collaboration across various time zones. Your skills will directly contribute to maintaining compliance and enhancing member trust across the organization.

Accountabilities
  • Respond to all allegations of privacy violations.
  • Conduct investigations of privacy incidents involving members, providers, and employees.
  • Analyze data, contract terms, and documentation to substantiate privacy allegations.
  • Apply regulatory and contractual requirements to the case investigation process.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in privacy violations.
  • Conduct interviews to gather evidence and additional insights.
  • Compile, report, and present privacy incidents to regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain documentation integrity for privacy incidents.
  • Prepare reports for the Board of Directors as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business units.
Requirements
  • 5 years of healthcare experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferred graduate degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Proven investigatory skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
