A fast-growing biotech company based in France is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across Southern and Western Europe. This role is critical for expanding strategic partnerships and enhancing client relationships in Pharma and Biotech. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in scientific sales or business development within the CRO or Biotech sector, with excellent communication skills and a solid educational background in Life Sciences. Extensive travel (40–70%) is required for client engagement.

  • Proven experience in scientific sales or business development (CRO or Biotech).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles autonomously.

  • Drive sales of Genoskin’s services and products within assigned territory.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposals, contract negotiation, and closing.
