A recruitment agency for maritime professionals is seeking a Relief Chief Officer for a 70m private yacht in the Middle East. This temporary position is set to begin in late January and will last for 5 to 6 weeks. Candidates should hold STCW/ENG1 and have extensive navigational skills along with proven leadership and communication abilities. The position offers a competitive salary of EUR 8000 per month. Strong team management skills are essential for ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee navigation, watchkeeping, and all deck operations.
  • Manage the deck team and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISM/ISPS standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, tender operations, and guest services.
  • Act as primary liaison for safety and security matters on board.

Qualifications: STCW/ENG1, Chief Mate unlimited or Master 3000 (preferably holding or working towards Master unlimited), Advanced navigational skills, full GMDSS proficiency, and extensive ECDIS experience
