Responsabilités

• Ensure safety on site by applying good safety practices.
• Manage on-site communication with the customer for testing and commissioning activities.
• Test the unit to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Commission the equipment according to specifications.
• Carry out final inspections and sign inspection documents.
• Participate in inspections and customer handover if necessary.
• Report installation quality issues to the Field Supervisor.
• Participate in quality working groups for improvements.
• Apply lean principles to prevent work interruptions.

Description du poste

Responsibilities

• Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices.
• Manage on-site communication with the customer for day-to-day testing and commissioning activities with continuous coordination with Field Supervisor.
• Test the unit in accordance with the codes & standards to ensure it is mechanically and electrically safe, the internal and external KONE quality standards are fulfilled, and the unit functions according to contractual requirements.
• Commission the equipment in accordance with agreed specifications and commissioning instructions.
• Carry out final inspection and sign the final inspection documents.
• Perform or participate in the notified bodies or consultant inspections, and also participate in the customer handover if necessary.
• Identify installation quality issues and deviations for corrective actions and report them to the Field Supervisor, who is responsible for all site activities.
• Actively participate in quality working groups to improve based on snag lists produced, other technical issues found during inspections, and information sharing.
• Apply lean principles to avoid interruptions at work and consistently follow and promote huddles initiatives.
