Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience).

Additional Compensation: Eligible for commission potential based on sales performance.

This role requires approximately 75% travel, with the expectation that the employee will work from home during non-travel days. We prefer candidates to be located within the Western Territory to better align with travel needs and coverage.

Position

The Regional Sales Manager for our Western Territory will play a pivotal role in leading sales efforts within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share, all while aligning with the company’s long-term objectives and strategic initiatives. This position demands a proven leader with a strong record of building and maintaining a profitable customer base, excellent sales management abilities, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will possess a passion for sales and business growth, inspiring enthusiasm and energy within the team and among clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales efforts within the Western Territory to increase sales, market share, and customer retention, in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Travel extensively to meet with existing clients and potential prospects, providing product training, building relationships, and closing sales.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and sales contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by forecasting delivery dates based on production schedules and proactively resolving any customer issues or concerns.
  • Demonstrate exceptional sales skills, including high-level presentations, negotiations, and closing techniques.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and regional management, preferably in Truck equipment or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is required.
  • Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • While experience in the snow and ice industry is not required, a general knowledge of equipment and mechanical systems is essential.
