Overview

Eurosearch Consultants, on behalf of a growing international company and leader in the manufacture of surface materials for furniture and interior / exterior decoration applications, is searching for a :

Regional Sales Manager South-West France

Responsibilities

This role involves both account consolidation and business development activities.

The candidate, reporting directly to the France Sales Director, will be responsible for developing commercial opportunities within the assigned geographical territory and will have the following responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage the client portfolio within a specific geographical area (i.e. 33-Gironde, 31-Haute-Garonne, 24-Dordogne, 47-Lot-et-Garonne, 82-Tarn-et-Garonne)
  • Provide professional technical and commercial support to clients, actively promoting the product range.
  • Achieve predetermined sales targets.
  • Monitor commercial activity on a regular basis.
  • Manage the development of client relationships, in relation to the specific services offered and requested.
  • Develop relationships with architectural firms, designers, construction companies, and engineers to promote product specification.
Requirements
  • Significant sales experience gained in structured industrial companies, in the following sectors : decorative materials for the furniture, construction, transportation industries; ceramics and wood sector; surface materials, interior / exterior design, or related B2B industries.
  • Fluent in French and English ; Italian is a plus.
  • Proactivity and dynamism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation.

Work location : South-West France.
