We are seeking a results-oriented, and strategic salesperson who is laser-focused on developing new logo customers, hunting for net new business. Your role will involve prospecting new leads and generating sales opportunities within a defined industry. With a strong drive for success, and the desire to excel, you have the opportunity to unleash your sales potential and become a top performer within the North American Sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop new logo customers and generate net new business opportunities within a defined industry.
  • Prospect new leads and maintain a focus on new business development in a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications

Why you should be working here:

  • Proven, successful, and consistent track record in selling high-value O2C, AR or AP SaaS solutions, surpassing an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of $150K, ideally with a finance software vendor, specializing in Large Enterprises
  • Utilizes a consultative sales approach to deliver value to customers, while maintaining a strong emphasis on new business development
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and build relationships
  • Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset, excelling in networking

Onboarding and ramp-up

  • In your new role—within 90 days, you will have: Immersed yourself in the company’s vision, mission, and unique story participating in the onboarding bootcamp
  • Enrolled in the Sidetrade Sales Academy, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the Sidetrade software technology and the essential skills to swiftly make a significant impact in the market
  • Established complete alignment with your manager regarding key objectives and sales targets
  • Crafted a strategic action plan to drive your success and achieve your goals

Within 12 months, you will need to be:

  • An expert in Sidetrade’s solutions, confidently closing deals
  • A top performer consistently surpassing your quarterly objectives
  • A salesperson that has grown more at Sidetrade than you would anywhere else!
