📍Location: Remote - this role is available across all LATAM, Europe and Canada with 4hr+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

Where you'll create impact
  • You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, GTM and leadership roles
  • You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
  • You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
  • You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
  • You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
  • You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

  • Base Salary: $70K–$100K USD
  • Contract type: B2B
