We are looking for a Creative Talent Recruiter to join our team and lead our efforts to find top-tier creative professionals for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a background in digital/marketing agencies, media companies, or creative production who understands what makes exceptional creative work. You may be an experienced recruiter from the creative industry, or a creative professional (video editor, graphic designer, etc.) looking to transition into recruiting.

About Our Clients

Our clients are primarily digital agencies, marketing firms, and media companies seeking creative talent such as video editors, graphic designers, motion graphics artists, and other creative roles.

Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit creative and IT talent (primarily video editors, graphic designers, and related roles) based in SEA
  • Review portfolios and assess creative quality to identify top-tier talent
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with curated recommendations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand standards, and specific project requirements
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients
  • Leverage social media and creative platforms (Behance, Dribbble, etc.) to identify and attract top creative talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners
  • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Experience working in or recruiting for digital agencies, marketing agencies, media companies, or creative production environments
  • Strong understanding of creative roles and ability to evaluate creative work quality OR hands-on experience as a creative professional (video editor, graphic designer, etc.) with interest in recruiting
  • Familiarity with the SEA talent market is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Digital/Marketing Agency or Media Company Background - You've worked in or recruited for creative environments and understand the industry landscape
  • Creative Eye - You can distinguish between good and bad creative work (video edits, design quality, portfolio assessment)
  • Creative Professional Transitioning to Recruiting? Welcome! If you've worked as a video editor, graphic designer, or similar creative role and want to move into recruiting, we want to hear from you. Recruiting experience is not required if you have hands-on creative experience.
