An international company based in Boulogne-Billancourt is looking for a motivated Receptionist & Office Management Assistant to join the team. You will report to the HR Director and work in tandem with a teammate.

This is a part-time afternoon role (working hours: 1 pm – 7:30 pm).

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Your responsibilities will be varied: from managing reception and visitor services to coordinating office logistics, budgets, and supplier contracts.

You will also support HR with onboarding, assist in internal communications and events, and take charge of facilities, security, and general services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a multi-tasking, people-focused role combining administration, event coordination, and operational support — all within an international and collaborative environment.

Your Profile
  • Experience in reception, office management, or coworking space administration
  • Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and English
  • Confident user of Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Experience with newsletter editing is a plus
