Alstom cherche un Project RAMS Manager pour son équipe Infrastructure à Paris Saint-Ouen. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des sujets RAMS, impliquant des projets complexes tout en veillant aux performances et à la sécurité ferroviaire. Une expérience en ingénierie et une expertise en gestion de la sécurité sont requises pour ce rôle clé dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience réussie en gestion RAM/Sécurité.
  • Connaissance des systèmes électriques et électroniques.
  • Fluency in English and in French preferred.

Alstom is recruiting a Project RAMS Managerfor Electrification and Track subsystems to join its Infrastructure RAMS team located in Paris Saint-Ouen, Alstom Headquarter.

The Infrastructure RAMS team in Paris, is operationally delivering RAMS activities on railway infrastructure projects, tenders, as well as R&D and sustaining activities.

This team has been leading RAMS activities on the research and development of Alstom electrification high safety level solutions for the Aesthetic Power Supply (APS) and Static Recharge in Station (SRS) products and their deployment on projects, such as Bordeaux Tramway, Doha Tramway, Dubai Tramway, Nice Tramway…Ongoing projects also include Toulouse Metro, Riyadh Metro, Société du Grand Paris L18 ...

Your mission:

You will be the point of contact for RAMS topics for the projects or the products you are appointed to and engaging with their teams and stakeholders to resolve any RAMS related matter.

You will be involved in a variety of technical subjects, including complex projects and tenders. A strong technical acumen will be needed to assess the RAMS performance and potential areas of improvement of your scope. You will be proactive to put under control the Railway safety risks during all project phases.

You perform RAMS analysis according to Railway CENELEC standards and in compliance with the project or product contractual requirements and Alstom internal processes.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Perform the RAMS activities complying with our commitments in terms of Quality, Costs and Delays.
  • Plan and produce RAMS deliverables in a timely manner to achieve the project’s milestone.
  • Ensure the quality of RAMS deliverables and foster their acceptance by the Customer, Independent parties, and Safety Authorities.
  • Convince customers as well as other stakeholders (ISA, Safety Authorities…) of Alstom’s approach and methodology for RAM, Safety management & demonstration.

You are responsible to:

  • Ensure compliance with Alstom internal RAMS processes and instructions.
  • Support internal stakeholders (design, industrial, sourcing, validation etc..) in the definition of appropriate measures to meet the RAMS actions and to follow their closure through documented evidence.
  • Be the point of contact for RAMS matters on the project, in particular with the customer.
  • Have a pro-active approach on the design assessment, to support the definition of suitable technical solutions and to put under control the railway safety risks.
  • Develop a challenging view on the overall RAM results from the contributors to strengthen the relevance of RAM studies and requirements.

What do you need to qualify for this job?

  • University Degree in Engineering or equivalent, withknowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
  • A minimum 5 years of successful experience in RAM/Safety Management, preferably within railway industry, or Aerospace, Defense, Space, Military, Nuclear, Chemical.
  • Significant experience in Electrical and/or Electro-mechanical Engineering, preferably applied to Railway products.
  • Fluent in English and in French, with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Sense of priorities structured and organized, with hands-on approach.
  • Open to some occasional international travels for short-term missions.
