In close collaboration with the field quality manager, they provide high-level technical support to deliver an objective assessment of the quality status within their scope of responsibility.
They lead a dedicated expert triage team and are actively involved in resolving high-impact issues, contributing to customer satisfaction, the achievement of quality performance objectives, and the overall agility of the organization.
