工作职责

1. 业务发展策略制定：根据对目标市场和竞品的洞察分析，制定相应 BP，分解承接公司的长期及短期目标任务。
2. 渠道开发。负责根据公司营销策略，执行销售和市场推广计划，积极寻找和审定渠道商，不断拓展，优化销售渠道，建成完善的渠道架构（线上，线下）。
3. 渠道管理。负责掌握和分析行业渠道态势，制定有效渠道策略，对渠道客户提供销售、技术售后、产品等方面的资源支持，保持与渠道客户的沟通，并共同推动产品营销和服务，收集市场和客户信息，做好渠道下沉，对渠道进行精细化管理。
4. 销售管理。负责根据公司营销策略，实施公司产品和销售策略推广，进行销售预测，积极组织商务谈判，争取客户订单，完成销售目标，确保应收货款回款。
5. 品牌推广。负责策划和组织品牌和产品在目标市场的推广活动，提升公司产品品牌的区域性影响力。

岗位要求

1. 具有 3 年欧洲市场 CCTV 行业分销渠道销售运营操盘经验，具备较强的开拓能力。
2. 目标导向，自驱；勤奋，抗压，责任心和落地执行力强。
3. 英文听说读写流利。
4. 本科及以上学历。
