Job Description

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
  • Monitor political, regulatory, and legislative developments at EU, national, and local levels that may impact FORVIA’s business.
  • Assist in preparing briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
  • Support the organization of meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements with policymakers, NGOs, and industry associations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on mobility, sustainability, and innovation topics relevant to the automotive sector.
  • Help maintain FORVIA’s stakeholder database and track engagement activities.
  • Draft and edit content for internal updates, newsletters, and public affairs communication materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (communications, sustainability, legal, engineering) to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Public Affairs team.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
  • Strong interest in politics, public policy, and regulatory affairs, particularly at the European level.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are an asset.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
