Overview

Description

Our client is an international company with various projects in Africa.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all local operations related to the installation of solar equipment designated sites
  • Monitor the performance of subcontractors and ensure compliance with technical specifications and deadlines
  • Participate in technical site visits, assessments, and acceptance inspections
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards on all work sites
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the local commissioner
  • Assist with local permitting, community relations, and resolution of on-ground challenges
  • Contribute to quality control and coordinate testing and commissioning phases
  • Facilitate handover documentation and support capacity for local operators
Qualifications
  • With a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in infrastructure or energy project delivery
  • A strong understanding of Nigerian regulatory frameworks and public procurement processes
  • English is mandatory, French is advantageous
